AI-Tomation is an AI automation company based in the Stellenbosch and Somerset West area of the Western Cape, South Africa. Founded by Izak Ferreira, AI-Tomation draws on more than 20 years of hands-on IT experience across managed services, network infrastructure, custom software development, and business process automation. Built "Lana", a 24/7 AI assistant for Longlands Estate that answers resident and buyer queries instantly. Trained on 487+ knowledge base articles with live plot pricing via Firebase integration. Operates across WhatsApp and web chat, handling 400+ monthly enquiries and replacing repetitive calls to the estate office.

A full web application for Longlands Estate's ARC with 5 user roles and 11 tracked workflow stages. Homeowners submit building plans online, the committee reviews and approves digitally, payments are verified, inspections scheduled, and Happy Letters issued automatically. Replaced an entirely paper-based process.

MSP Business Management CRM

A comprehensive CRM managing 5,300+ customers and 48,900+ tickets with bidirectional Syncro PSA sync, Xero accounting integration, Tactical RMM device management, and pre-authenticated remote access. Timesheet system processes 66,800+ entries spanning 15+ years of data with 6-minute billing blocks. Includes an AI-powered in-app assistant.

Virtual Employee Platform

A full autonomous AI assistant deployed via Telegram that replaces 5+ separate automation workflows per client. Manages emails, calendars, and tasks via Microsoft 365 integration. Transcribes voice messages, analyses photos, generates PDFs, detects payment fraud, and learns each user's writing style from 50 sent emails. Background email monitor triages incoming mail and auto-drafts replies in English or Afrikaans.

Imports Pastel Age Analysis exports, parses 1,700+ customer contacts, identifies outstanding debtors by age bucket (30/60/90/120+ days), and sends professional branded reminder emails with colour-coded invoice tables, Yoco payment links, and bank details. Reduced manual debtor follow-up from hours to minutes.

Complete website and admin system for a Somerset West playschool established in 1994. 8-step online registration form, parent portal, invoice generation, PayFast payment gateway, gallery, notifications, and an AI chatbot - all bilingual in Afrikaans and English (~450 translations). Built for a 60+ year old owner with accessibility-focused UX.

Mobile-friendly job management for a cabling contractor. Field technicians submit job requests from their phones, the office schedules and tracks jobs through completion, and branded PDF invoices are generated automatically. Continuing an existing invoice series from 11,827+.

Custom WordPress themes and websites for clients across industries - from playschools to IT companies.
